Initially we start with the Phase 1 Assessment, like desk studies, coal mining risk assessments and preliminary appraisals. From the Phase 1, we undertake targeted intrusive ground investigation. The Phase 2 phase can include a land contamination assessment, a geotechnical assessment, a geological or hydrogeological assessment or a combination of disciplines.
